Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Acceptance
By creating an account or using ARIA in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you by email of any material changes.
The service
ARIA provides AI agent software that operates on your behalf. You configure agents during onboarding, connect the integrations they need, and ARIA runs them on a schedule you set. Each morning you receive a digest of what your agents did overnight.
Agents take actions based on your configuration — drafting emails, generating reports, flagging items for your review. You are responsible for reviewing agent outputs and for any decisions or actions you take based on them.
Prohibited uses
You may not use ARIA to:
- –Conduct or facilitate any illegal activity, including violation of applicable privacy, data protection, or computer fraud laws.
- –Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or automated outreach without proper consent from recipients.
- –Deliberately circumvent safety guardrails, content policies, or rate limits built into the platform.
- –Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or connected integrations.
- –Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
No warranty
ARIA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI agents can and do make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You should review every agent output before acting on it. ARIA does not guarantee that agents will produce correct, complete, or timely results.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled agent runs may be delayed or skipped due to infrastructure issues, third-party API outages, or other factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARIA and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
- –Business decisions made based on agent outputs.
- –Actions taken by agents in connected integrations.
- –Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Cancellation and billing
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused agent runs.
If a payment fails, we will retry for up to 7 days before suspending your account. You can update your payment method at any time in the billing portal.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
