Who we are
ARIA is an AI agent platform built for founders. We run specialized AI agents on your behalf overnight, then deliver a morning digest so you start every day fully briefed. Our goal is to handle routine business intelligence so you can focus on what matters most.

Data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to run the service:
- –Account data — your name and email address, collected at signup and used to identify your account.
- –Company profile — your business name, industry, goals, and brand voice guidelines, which you provide during onboarding and can update at any time.
- –Integration credentials — API keys and tokens for third-party services you connect (Stripe, Gmail, GitHub, etc.). These are encrypted at rest and never transmitted in plain text.
- –Agent task outputs — the results produced by your agents each night, including summaries, drafted content, and flagged items.
- –Memory store — structured facts your agents learn over time to improve personalisation and reduce repetitive queries to your integrations.
How we use your data
- –Run your AI agents each night on the schedule you configure, querying your connected integrations and producing a morning digest.
- –Send your morning digest email and in-app notifications.
- –Improve agent performance over time using task history and approval feedback you provide.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
Data retention
Data associated with your active account is retained for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, your account data remains available for 30 days in case you choose to reactivate. After 30 days it is permanently deleted.
If you submit a deletion request, all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete the data we hold about you. Both actions are available directly in your account settings:
- –Download my data — exports all your tasks, memories, agent outputs, and contacts as a JSON file. Available in Settings → Account.
- –Delete my account — permanently deletes all data within 30 days. Available in Settings → Account.

To operate ARIA, we share data with the following sub-processors:
